All Terrain Services scope of works in a 10 or 25 Year Major Inspection is:

  1. 50 – 100% Eddy Current testing of all welds on all boom sections
  2. 50 – 100 %Eddy Current testing of all welds on all outrigger beams
  3. 100% Eddy Current testing of all boom pivot points and winch mounts
  4. 100% Ultrasound of all slew ring bolts
  5. Replace all necessary hydraulic hoses on boom and outriggers
  6. Lab test all winch gearbox oils
  7. Lab test Hydraulic oil
  8. Replace all filters and oils
  9. NATA testing of all hook blocks
  10. NATA testing of all winch wire ropes
  11. NATA testing of boom telescoping and retract ropes
  12. Replace all necessary wear pads
  13. Load test of all winch motors and brakes
